"Blockchain and AI are the two extreme sides of the technology spectrum, one fostering centralized intelligence on close data platforms, the other promoting decentralized applications in an open-data environment. However, if we find an intelligent way to make them working together, the total positive externalities could be amplified in a blink.
This talk will be focused on how we can utilize AI and Block add values to the society, disrupt businesses and sectors. We'll look deeply into the pros and cons of this emerging technologies."

According to Statistica, as of September 2021, Google Chrome accounted for about 67.56 percent of the global desktop internet browser market share.
A lot of people who use browsers, use chrome. As engineers building for the web, it is important that as we build for web users, we at least cover this web browser that is used by a lot of the users we want to reach on the web.Learn how to effectively use chrome dev tools for building and debugging your web applications

A few years ago CI/CD was considered a practice for most web developers. But in recent years it’s become best practice and a core task/process in setting up a project, we must pick a service that can offer the best experience both for teams and the product in general.

Teams grow, and often faster than we can update our processes to accommodate the growth. This can sometimes lead to ambiguity in ownership, and more friction in collaboration - consequently affecting how efficient things get done. Friction could be in the form of getting a new team to unblock you or your manager to aid your implementation of an idea.Another non-technical form of friction could be lack of clarity on how to get a promotion or the responsibility or support you need to get to the next level within your organisation. We will discuss practical steps to navigate work-related issues and managing vertical/horizontal relationships in startups across the world—remote and on-site.

"Deploying ML models on mobile devices has become common place, but how about deploying them to tiny microcontrollers that can run on a battery? This workshop will teach participants how to process sound files and train a model, then optimize the models for deployment using TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers, and then finally show them how to deploy the model in a feat of embedded programming. This session will require a working knowledge of the C and Python programming languages."

"The field of Quantum Computing and Quantum Information Science has been existing for decades in laboratories on the basis of Research, but in this NISQ era, tech giants and startup companies like IBM, GOOGLE, Microsoft, D-WAVE, Rigetti, ionQ, Zapata etc have utilized this Quantum physics in order to bring this disruptive computational paradigm to fruition. At the stage where it is, one can access these beasts through cloud services to solve highly complex problems in Computational Chemistry, Travelling salesman problem, Industrial Combinatorial Optimization Problems, Unstructured database search, Drug Design, Material Simulation, Protein folding, supply chain problems, Machine Learning and other numerous problems which are nearly impossible in a classical turning computer or would take years to solve."

"Don’t get me wrong, whether you are using Mix Panel, Google Analytics, Heaps, or Hotjar to collect product analytics data, it’s great. The reports you get out of these platforms are important and deliver real insights on product performance.
But analytics alone doesn't build successful products, the data from product analytics are a past reflection of your user behaviour and can hardly help you predict the future.
In this session, I & Chukwuka who are both Co-founders of Spire will deep dive into how you can build better products with customer & product feedback."

"Developer experience (DX) is similar to how you see and understand user experience (UX) but the difference is DX focus is strictly on developers who consume certain API services, SDKs, or other services owned by a company or an organization. This talk will explore why developer experience matters in every company providing a technical service, what makes a great developer experience team, and the relationship between building a great developer experience flow in a company with the public. The attendees will learn how Developer Experience increases product usage and how users can become advocates themselves for a product that has a great user-centric experience."

The promise of decentralization has been around for a long time. It's 2021 and we’re finally starting to see some enormous progress throughout the tech ecosystem. Facebook recently changed its name to reflect its future focus on web3 technologies. Tiktok launched an NFT collection some months ago. Stripe and Paypal now have dedicated crypto teams. We simply can no more ignore the fact that this is undoubtedly the next phase of the internet. This session will examine the fundamental ideas of decentralization from Ethereum to NFTs, Wallets to DAOs and outline why after writing 50K+ lines of Dart code in over 22 months, I think Flutter(Google’s UI toolkit) is the ideal choice for the development of the next generation of apps - Decentralized apps.
